Whisper Rock Estates draws its inspiration from traditional American Southwest architecture and the diverse styles that inspired it.  Its private 800-acre, guard-gated community consists of approximately 200 custom home sites tucked neatly into the picturesque desert of north Scottsdale, Arizona. 

Within this wonderful community there is a fitness center that is is located within Whisper Rock's private three-acre park. The park provides barbecue facilities, tennis courts, a basketball court, a shaded Ramada and a large event lawn suitable for recreational activities and outdoor social functions. This is also a five-mile trail system gives residents options for walking, hiking and jogging while remaining close to home.

The Whisper Rock Golf Club is not a country club in the traditional sense either; rather, it is a private members facility focused solely on creating a golf club lifestyle experience.  The Golf Club features two exquisite golf courses, one is Phil Mickelson design and the other is a Tom Fazio designed golf course. The residential segment and the golf courses are completely separate from each other.
