"Sincuidados" is Spanish for "without cares."

Sincuidados is a private luxury, gated home community nestled in the high Sonoran Desert in North Scottsdale with Lone Mountain on the western boundary. Roadways are very private and there are 16 cul-de-sacs throughout Sincuidados. The community features tennis courts and clubhouse and 24 hour roaming security.
