"Sincuidados" is Spanish for "without cares."
Sincuidados is a private luxury, gated home community nestled in the high Sonoran Desert in North Scottsdale with Lone Mountain on the western boundary. Roadways are very private and there are 16 cul-de-sacs throughout Sincuidados. The community features tennis courts and clubhouse and 24 hour roaming security. Lots vary in size from just under one acre to under two acres and the home square footage ranges from 2900 to 7000. All homes in the community feature a Santa Fe or territorial style architecture.
