Kierland is a 730-acre, mixed-use development in the Scottsdale Road resort corridor in Northeast Phoenix and has a variety of luxury homes and town homes throughout.  The master plan includes single family and multifamily residences, office, commercial, business, retail, resort and recrational uses. It is in the center of Kierland Golf Club, Keirland Commons, The Westin Hotel and so much more.

Kierland Golf Club, designed by Scott Miller in 1996,  is situated on 225 acres.  The golf course has three nine-hole courses: Acacia, Mesquite and Ironwood named for the trees that dominate its landscape. The three courses offer a combined round of play on 18 holes of par 72, 6,900 yard golf. The Golf Club is managed by Troon Golf, the leader in upscale golf course management.
