Its' winding streets and proximity of the homes to the park represents an approach to suburban planning that had its roots in 18^th Century England.

The beautiful Encanto-Palmcroft neighborhood is situated north of McDowell Rd. and south of Encanto Blvd.,  between 15th Ave and 7th Ave in Phoenix, Arizona.
